Car lights are all kinds of traffic lights installed on cars to ensure safe driving. It is divided into two types: lighting lamp and signal lamp.
floodlight:
1. Headlamp: the main purpose of headlamp is to illuminate the road and objects in front of the vehicle to ensure driving safety. The alternating transformation of high beam and low beam can also be used as the overtaking signal at night. Headlights are installed on both sides of the car's head, with 2 or 4 for each car. The bulb power is 45 60W for high beam lamp and 25 55W for low beam lamp.
2. Fog lamp: the fog lamp is installed near or slightly lower than the headlamp. It is a lamp used as road lighting and providing signal for oncoming vehicles under the condition of low visibility such as fog, snow, heavy rain or diffuse dust. Most of the lights are yellow, because the yellow light wave is long and has good fog permeability. The bulb power is generally 35W.
3. Reversing lamp: the reversing lamp is installed at the rear of the vehicle to illuminate the road behind the vehicle and inform vehicles and pedestrians that the vehicle is backing up or ready to reverse. It also has the function of light signal device. The light is white and the power is 28w.
4. License plate lamp: the license plate lamp is installed above the license plate at the rear of the vehicle. Its purpose is to illuminate the rear license plate of the vehicle. The requirement is that the number on the license plate can be seen at 20m behind the vehicle at night. The light is white, and the power is generally 8 10W.
5. Ceiling lamp: a lamp installed on the top of the cab or vehicle for lighting in the cab. The ceiling light is white, the lampshade is mostly made of transparent plastic, and the bulb power is generally 5 8W.
6. Instrument lamp: it is a tool for instrument lighting, which is often connected with the instrument panel. The light is white, and the bulb power is generally 2 8W.
Signal lamp:
1. Position light: installed at the front and rear of the car, indicating the existence and body width of the driving car.
2. Brake light: installed at the rear, indicating that the driving car slows down or stops.
3. Turn signal lamp: it is installed at the front, rear and side to indicate the direction of the vehicle.
4. Rear fog lamp: installed at the rear to improve the visual condition of the rear of the car under bad weather conditions such as fog and snow.
5. Clearance lamp: installed at the front and rear to mark the outline of the car.
6. Stop light: installed on the side to mark the presence of a stopped car.
